Your NEC phone has two options on intercom calls, it can either ring or it can automatically open up with an intercom announce.
To make your phone ring:
- Press the Speaker kley
- Dial 723
- Press the Speaker key
To make your phone voice annoice:
- Press the Speaker key
- Dial 721
- Press the Speaker key
If you have your phone on Voice Announce please make sure your Mic key is either on or off. If it is On, people will be able to hear you as soon as they intercom. If it is off, you will either need to press the Speaker key or pick up the handset to answer them.
